Obituary of James Leroy Tulgren
James Leroy Tulgren, age 84, was called to heaven on February 7, 2024. Born in Clearlake, Wisconsin on February 2, 1940, to parents Donald and Rosella Tulgren. James is survived by his sons Doug (Chris) Tulgren, David Tulgren and Steven Tulgren; daughter-in-law Nancy Tulgren; grandchildren Chelsey (Mafran), Makayne, Ryan, Mitchel, Nicholas (Meranda), Kashmere (Joey) and Matthew; two great grandchildren and many friends. James is preceded in death by his wife Sharon Tulgren; father Donald Tulgren and her mother Rosella (Lien) Tulgren; and his son Greg Tulgren. James, a U.S. Army Veteran, will have a private inurnment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery with his beloved wife Sharon, at a later date.
