Obituary of Joyce Marie Miskowic

Miskowic, Joyce M, age 95, formerly of Elk River, MN, passed away peacefully on December 30, 2022 in Anoka, MN. Joyce was born on August 23, 1927.  She married Laurence Miskowic on April 23, 1947.

Joyce worked for many years at the Ben Franklin in Elk River. In her retirement, Joyce enjoyed golfing and spending time with her family.

Joyce is lovingly remembered by her children, Laurie (Brad) Nelson, Donna (Kim) Brandell, Jill (Robert) Heldt, Tony Miskowic, David (Becky) Miskowic, Karyn (Scott) Massmann, and Sherri (Ron) Schreckenghaust; 16 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Laurence; son, Daniel; great-granddaughter, Jade; and two sisters.  

A Celebration of Joyce's Life will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, January 9 at Connections Church (10936 Foley Blvd NW Coon Rapids MN) with visitation from 9-11:00 AM with lunch to follow. 

A memorials will be given in Joyce's name to Gray Matter Greetings. An organization close to Joyce's heart.
