Obituary of Barbara A. DiSanto
DiSanto Barbara Ann Age 84 Passed Away Peacefully March 12, 2022 surrounded by her family. Our wonderful mother is survived by her loving children, Michael (Carol), Marcia, Dean (Kim), and Denice Broschofsky (Brian); grandchildren Laura Budzien (Andy), Jake, Tony (fiancee Bria Noon), Ali Norman (Dan), Isabella, Jeno, and Vinnie; great-grandchildren John and Elizabeth Budzien, and Cora Norman; brothers Frank and Ted Tschida, and Terri Miller; many nephews, nieces, cousins, and dear friends. Mom especially enjoyed life while at their cabin on Eagle Lake, taking endless pontoon rides, while being driven around by her best friend John. GMA loved visits from her grandchildren and was excited to spend time with her great-grandchildren. We all will miss her great words of wisdom and her special recipe for Italian Pizzelle cookies. Barb spent many of her early years working for the Archdiocese of St Paul & Minneapolis. In addition, later in life, she spent countless hours helping the family startup and operate DiSanto’s Fort Road Florist. Mass of Christian faith will be Saturday, 11:00 AM, March 19, at Holy Presence Catholic Community Church located at United Church of Christ, 900 Summit Ave, St Paul. Friends and family may gather 1 hour before the service at the church. Private Interment. Barb and her family welcome memorials to Little Sisters of the Poor, instead of flowers. Special thank you to Walker Methodist West Ridge Care Suites staff for taking such good care of our mother. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Barbara DiSanto, please visit Tribute Store
