Obituary of Thomas J. Cook

Thomas Joseph Cook Age 74. Passed away at the St. Cloud VA Medical Center on Saturday April 9, 2022 from Agent Orange Complications. Tom was born in St. Paul Minnesota to Frank and Flemie "Chuckie" Cook on March 19, 1948. Survived by wife Denise Cook of 48 years, sons Brian Cook and Joe Cook. Preceded in death by his mom Flemie "Chuckie" Cook, dad Frank Joseph Cook, brother Robert Frank Cook. Served in the 93rd Evac Hospital US Army Vietnam. Tom enjoyed Hot Wheels, Model Trains, and woodworking. He cherished his two beloved dogs Molly and Sophie. Tom will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Services will be held at Fort Snelling Cemetery at a later date. Memorials preferred to the Homeward Bound Dog Rescue MN.
