Pat then moved to Florida, owned and operated her restaurant “From the Sea” in Fort Walton beach from 1979 to 1981. She finished her career working for Pfizer Pharmaceutical as an inspector in the medical manufacturing department. Pat was a gentle caring person. Her infectious laughter and kind spirit would brighten every room. She loved singing with the Sweet Adeline’s Group and at various piano bars in Minneapolis. She built miniature houses and would decorate them with her own hands. Her love of butterflies could be seen everywhere you looked (especially blue ones). She baked extraordinary birthday and wedding cakes. Pat loved sewing and made many matching outfits for her four daughters for Easter and Christmas celebrations. Later in life she looked forward to planting beautiful flower gardens. Pat loved her neighbors and shared many happy memories with each of them. When we think of her we will forever be reminded of her infectious laughter. We will miss her. A private family Service will be held at the cemetery.
