She was a resident of Prior Lake for the past 10 years, but had lived in Savage since 1959.
Phyllis was born to Ernest and Olga Hagman. She grew up in Hopkins and graduated from Hopkins High School. She had a great love of people and life, played the violin and loved to dance. Everyone loved Phyllis.
In 1944 she married Michael White. They were blessed with 5 children, Sandra (Bud) Jacobsen, Jeffrey, Jollie Doran and Gary, Kathy (Dennis) Perkins, Tim; grandchildren, Holly, Tiffany, Ryan, Brittany, Courtney, Michael, Cerissa; and 9 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike; sister, Marjorie; grandson, Ben; and parents.
